Within this division we can undertake all manner of works including:- Residential property maintenance
- Commercial property maintenance
- Emergency works for both residential and commercial
- Shopping fitting and leisure
- Conservation and architectural works which are fully support by our preferred architects Barnett Ratcliffe Partnership
Larger property maintenance, repair and refurbishment projects will initially be attended by one of our Contracts Managers to establish specifications and cost estimates, moving on to a schedule of work being agreed.
Our operating area is currently throughout the West Midlands and typically our call out would be within a 24 hour timescale.
We can also offer electrical and plumbing maintenance in all aspects of these industries focusing particularly on maintenance and installation in the retail commercial sector throughout the UK.
The Health and Safety of our operatives, staff and our clients is of paramount importance to us and is taken very seriously. Therefore all of our operatives receive Health and Safety training on a regular basis and all new employees are safety inducted.
We are happy to provide per tender Health and Safety plans, Risk Assessment and Method Statements on request.
