Westholme Park

The site
Westholme Park is an exclusive gated development of four luxurious new homes set around the existing Westholme itself, which is an imposing example of a 1930’s Gentleman’s residence.
We have worked hard to create a balance between the character and elegance of the original house and the designs of new homes. As well as being sympathetic to its surroundings, Westholme Park also offers all of the modern luxuries one would expect from new build homes. The kitchens and bathrooms are all individually styled and designed and boast integrated appliances. In essence the internal specification of each property reflects the superior quality and exclusive nature of Westholme Park.
The properties are approached via an electronic gated access and each of the properties enjoy their own gardens and garaging facilities. Situated in an elevated location, all of the properties enjoy the most fantastic views over the town of Church Stretton and towards the Carding Mill valley beyond.

Set in the stunning South Shropshire hills, the town has direct access to 20 square miles of National Trust owned land known as the Long Mynd, with valleys and moorland offering a haven for walkers and country lovers generally. The views really are quite breathtaking and draw people in from far and wide.
The town offers a comprehensive range of everyday and specialist shops with a full range of facilities including schools, library, public houses and restaurants. There is a mainline railway station with connections to London and a dual carriageway link at Shrewsbury to the national motorway system.
