In 2007 Bennett Homes were approached by Rybrook Holdings Ltd to construct their new MINI showroom on Featherbed Lane, Shrewsbury, not only did Bennett Homes construct the building but we also provided the land for this opportunity. Rybrook required the building to be divided into two sections, one being the main show room and the other being the workshop this incorporated lifting pits and various other workshop equipment, at the front of the building we also provided a forecourt in which the new/used Mini’s are situated and a car park, all of which was landscaped. The main showroom was designed to have a glass frontage and contemporary style interior. All the stops were pulled out and the completed MINI show room was handed over 20 weeks later.
