Ludlow Football Stadium

In 2005 Bennett Homes were awarded the contract by Ludlow Town Football Club to construct their new stadium on land acquired on the outskirts of the town. Following many years of fund raising and business plans the club were excited that their dream was about to become true.
Rybrook MINI, Featherbed lane

In 2007 Bennett Homes were approached by Rybrook Holdings Ltd to construct their new MINI showroom on Featherbed Lane, Shrewsbury.
Travelodge - Ludlow

In 2005 Bennett Homes secured an enviable site with road frontage on the main A49 truck road in Ludlow. Following completion various large retailer came forward to secure their interest in this site. One of which was the large hotel chain, Travelodge.
Longville Station

Bennett Homes acquired Longville Station in 1999. It had ceased being a Station in the 1960’s and since then had been left derelict.
The station building itself was lovingly restored and with the addition of a fully glazed garden room to the rear elevation running the full length of the property it was transformed into a beautiful family home.

Ray Parry Playground Services supplies and installs specialist play equipment to schools throughout the West Midlands and during recent months have been approached by several existing and new customers to supply outdoor shelters/classrooms to satisfy the outdoor teaching provisions required by the national curriculum.
